Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

Clients must confirm bookings in writing and pay a £50 deposit to secure the date.

Full payment is due 7 days before the event date.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellations for dry hire items within 30 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee.

No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event.

3. Event Details:

Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and venue address.

Any changes must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.

4. Services Included:

Clearly outline the services included in the package (e.g., hosting, dry hire ).

Specify any additional charges for extra services requested during the event.

5. Liability:

The company is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.

Clients are liable for any damages caused by their guests.

6. Postponement:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), the company may allow event postponement without additional charges.

7. Equipment and Decorations:

Clients must return any rented equipment or decorations promptly after the event.

Additional charges for damaged or unreturned items will apply.

8. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information confidential.

9. Termination:

The company reserves the right to terminate services due to client misconduct or failure to adhere to the terms.

10. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

11. Communication:

 All communications regarding the event should be in writing to ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings.

12. Photography:

Our company may document the event through photographs or video for promotional purposes.

Our company reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

By engaging our services, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
